Vince is responsible for the hybrid electric propulsion system produced by BAE Systems, which is currently deployed in several major cities in North America. Prior to this assignment, Vince was the director of engineering for the company’s commercial avionics and vehicle systems business. That group designs and produces fly-by-wire flight controls; full-authority digital engine controls; autopilots; hybrid electric propulsion systems; vehicle power management systems and data distribution and flight-deck systems. He’s a graduate of Cornell University (bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering), and Syracuse University (master’s degree in electrical engineering). Vince and his wife Camille reside in Endicott, NY, with their triplets, Tony, Lauren and John.

As Director of Business Development / National Sales Manager (Acting) for BAE Systems HybriDrive® business, Tom is responsible for hybrid transit bus power systems sales in North America. He has worked with electric drive technology for 15 years, with the last 10 in business development at BAE Systems. His passion for technology, job creation and the environment led him to work with hybrid electric propulsion systems. He enjoys the outdoors and has hiked mountains in Asia, Europe, and North and South America, he says: “when my knees were younger and fresher.”

John has been BAE Systems Hybrid Propulsion business development manager for transit for four years. He brings considerable experience in the hybrid electric industry, as he served as the head of engineering for two different bus manufacturers. His interest in green technology and love of sports cars has driven his passion for the hybrid electric business. John takes particular pride in his 11 grandchildren.

Jamie has been with BAE Systems since 2010, he previously worked with a Motor Coach manufacturer and HVAC manufacturer developing new business with public transportation authorities. His interest in the future possibilities and socio-economic benefits that hybrid electric technology brings to transportation led him to work at BAE Systems. He enjoys rehabilitating classic Ford muscle cars and spending time with his wife and two kids. He also is a volunteer firefighter and certified medical first responder.

Ed has several years experience in the transit industry, serving as a Northeast representative with Muncie Transit Supply/ABC Companies and American Seating. His realization that hybrid electric technology will play a prominent role in the transit market in the coming years brought him to BAE Systems. Based in Bethlehem, PA, he is an avid sports fan who loves to golf and ski. Also a music fan, Ed volunteers each summer to support Musikfest, a 10-day music festival in Bethlehem, PA.

Regan is new to BAE Systems, having joined the company in 2011, but is not new to hybrid electric technology, having worked as an Original Equipment Manufacturer account manager for Allison for a decade. He’s always been interested in learning about and selling high tech systems that help customers save money and are also green. Regan is an avid skier and bicyclist. In 2010 he competed in RAIN (Ride Across Indiana), a 160-mile one-day bicycle race, and finished in the top 25 percent.

Bruce Boden is the Head of New Market Development, with specific responsibility for Australasia and S.E. Asia. He graduated with honours from Manchester University having read Politics and Modern History. He went into the automotive industry with Land Rover LTD where he exported into the Middle East, East Africa and South/Central America.
Bruce moved in 1986 to Alvis LTD and sold AFVs into S.E. Asia and Australasia from Singapore. Repatriated in 1993 to VSEL Land and Armaments Division, Bruce was recruited into BAE Systems Corporate Marketing and ran the corporate office in the UAE, living in Abu Dhabi for three years.
Bruce was appointed to Rochester in 2004, and joined the Hybrid Bus Sales Team in 2007. He is married with two adult children, and avidly supports Liverpool Football Club.
